Having never owned a motorhome, at the May 2009 Caulfield Show we signed up for a Queensland made Talvor MacLeay Motorhome. It had the features we wanted and suited our budget; our pick up was for mid December 2009. We made various changes along the way and nothing was too much trouble.

When The Wanderer arrived each month we would bombard our Talvor manager Mark with questions, Mark was extremely helpful, his responses were quick and which made the finalization easy.

Two weeks prior to our pick up, we had family health issues and were unable to pick up our motorhome. We advised Mark of our situation keeping him up to date. The kindness and consideration given during this period was much appreciated as it alleviated further tension and stress.

We now have our beautiful MacLeay Motorhome.

Last Thursday we called in to see the guys at Talvor regarding a minor repair to our motorhome. I would like to commend Jack and his team for the excellent service that they provided. Their professionalism has not gone un-noticed and we will certainly recommend the Talvor products on our travels. We have now left to travel Australia and are looking forward to enjoying our motorhome.

Thank you very much for all that you and Talvor Motorhomes (especially Dev) have done for us. Within impossible time constraints you produced a beautiful motorhome trying as hard as possible to meet our demands and being honest enough to say what was not possible. In our opinion, the Volkswagen Crafter is an ideal vehicle for a motorhome.

You said half in jest that you under-promise and over-deliver but it is true. The little things like providing petrol in the tank, the strap for the generator, etc…are all indicative of the service that you supplied.

Both Richard and I can highly recommend Talvor for their craftsmanship and being prepared to listen to our not always practical ideas.
